Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and drive growth.
- Perform policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations to clients.
- Manage the resolution of complex customer issues with care and attention.
- Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Assist the business owner with daily operational tasks.
- Serve as a proactive agent for positive change and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Current Maine Property and Casualty License, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
