Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You will manage client accounts, assist with insurance needs, and help grow our client base within the Chinese-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims, and renewals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with agency team members to meet sales and service goals
- Educate clients on insurance products and help tailor coverage to their needs
- Support agency marketing initiatives targeting the Chinese-speaking community
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient with computers and common office software
- Self-motivated with a client-focused attitude
