Job Overview: As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in advancing our sales efforts and growing our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to forge strong relationships with clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions. Key Duties:

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' insurance needs.
  • Explain and present insurance policies, terms, and coverage options to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve or surpass sales goals and contribute to team success.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy process.
  • Assist clients with claims and policy renewals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Solid understanding of various insurance products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
