- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' insurance needs.
- Explain and present insurance policies, terms, and coverage options to clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve or surpass sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy process.
- Assist clients with claims and policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions in our CRM system.
- Prior experience in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Solid understanding of various insurance products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
