- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Work incoming leads efficiently and effectively.
- Pivot to needs based insurance coverage options.
- Quote insurance based products and submit applications for customers.
- Schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
