We are already a leader in the Property & Casualty Insurance Market, & are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team member to help us grow our life insurance & Medicare customer base. - Work directly with customers to market a variety of products using a customer focused, needs-based process. This position will have an emphasis on marketing & selling Life Insurance as well as Medicare coverage for our senior customers.
- Schedule & hold a minimum number of in-office appointments weekly with our existing customer base to discuss life or Medicare options.
- Assisting in the on-boarding of our new auto insurance customers by conducting weekly on-boarding appointments.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare plan benefits
- Assist clients with enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Fielding customer questions on personal lines claims, developing a follow-up strategy for our in-house claim process & conducting claim closeout appointments. You will discuss coverages & provide recommendations for coverage changes, increases, or additional products based on the needs of customers during these meetings.
- Answering incoming phone calls & assisting customers with questions regarding their auto, home, life or other personal lines policies.
- The representative will be evaluated based on sales production, time management, quality of business produced, and strict adherence to company and industry rules, regulations, and processes to protect the Agency & it's customers.
- Min 2 years Sales experience in Life or Medicare insurance sales is a must
- Must be licensed in Life & health
- Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
- This is a relationship driven, customer focused position. You must be personable with strong communication & customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
- Ability to follow Agency processes & ethical guidelines is a must
Benefits
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- $37,000-$47,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
- Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
