Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.

Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Policy Management:
- Review and process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
- Assist customers in understanding their billing statements and payment options.

Sales Support:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional coverage or products that meet customers’ needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide leads and support sales initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must obtain P&C Insurance license in CA

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is a plus.

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
