Salary Range $45,000 – 65,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team and drive sales for a variety of State Farm Insurance products, as well as being committed to providing exceptional customer service and strengthening our relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, and customer focused.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing Agency clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Review existing client policies, develop understanding of individual customer needs, and recommend additional products and services where appropriate.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Proactively develop and pursue sales leads (cold calls, warm leads), meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior sales or customer service experience helpful. Previous experience in an insurance office environment preferred.
- Secure and maintain professional licensing (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). Agent will sponsor licensing.
- Establish proficiency with State Farm in-house software applications. Agency will provide paid training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
