Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Customer Care Representative who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team full-time. This role involves assisting Mandarin-speaking customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Mandarin and English.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service-related concerns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote company offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer care preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with computers and customer management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
