Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Insurance Line Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate State Farm business insurance products to protect their assets and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and cultivate relationships with existing business clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ business risks and insurance requirements.
  • Present and explain State Farm business insurance products, including commercial property, liability, workers’ compensation, and more.
  • Prepare and deliver customized insurance quotes and proposals.
  • Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and claims specialists to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in business insurance or related financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and business risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
