As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sumbo Omonaiye - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sumbo Omonaiye - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell insurance products to potential clients through direct sales and referrals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Able to obtain insurance license within 30 days of employment.
- Experience in sales and direct communication with clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by commission-based earnings.
Compensación: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
