Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is searching for a motivated and competitive candidate who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn opportunities into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Associate, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Apply learned insurance knowledge to everyday scenarios and educate the community,
- Meet agency and corporate goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (we show you how!).
- Ability to multi-task.
- Great computer skills.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
