Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a valid Florida insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities through internet leads, direct mail campaigns, cold calling, and targeted lists.
- Sales: Sell all lines of insurance to both existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Marketing: Engage in outside marketing efforts to local businesses and mortgage brokers to expand our network and client base.
- Networking: Attend networking meetings to build relationships and promote agency services.
- Referral Business: Focus on building the agency’s referral business through exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with existing team members to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
- Team Participation: Actively participate in team events and meetings to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Enjoyment: Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the role, contributing to a culture of enjoyment and fulfillment at work.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
