ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lisa Ramlow - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities generally include but are not limited to quoting policies for customers, greeting clients, assist answering phone calls when needed and providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully complete all company, state and office requirements regarding licenses and continue to be licensed in good standing is required
- Learn and apply product, industry and market knowledge with recommendations to prospects and policyholders
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly attention to customers by responding to voicemails, text messages and emails
- Use strong listening, oral and written communication skills
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identify opportunities and offer insurance solutions
- Educate customers by explaining their insurance products in simple terms
- Actively work within our internal systems and support our customer’s experience by accurately maintaining customer records
- Engage with Team Members and the Agent to ensure successful execution of office goals
- Assist with service-related tasks and inquiries as necessary
- Work closely with the Office Manager on a variety of assigned for the general growth of the agency
- Collaboratively work with Team Members and the Agent towards successes and accomplishments
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Agent
While the intended focus of this position is Sales driven, this is a collaborative office. Team Members may be required to move quickly between tasks and situations as needed.
Occasionally a Team Member may need to work independently in the office to accommodate when staffing is limited. For this reason, a proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior is desired.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
