We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a fully remote role supporting two established insurance agencies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping clients with both their insurance and financial services needs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping clients with both their insurance and financial services needs.
In this role, you will help manage an existing book of business while focusing on client retention, renewals, appointment scheduling, and financial services support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing responsibilities across two agency locations while delivering a high level of customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an existing book of business
- Build strong relationships with clients to support retention and long-term satisfaction
- Assist with policy renewals and account updates
- Schedule appointments and help maintain organized calendars for both agencies
- Answer client questions and provide solutions based on their needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Collaborate with both agency teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications:
- Insurance experience preferred
- Active insurance license preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage responsibilities across two agencies
- Experience with customer retention and account management is a plus
- Financial services experience or interest is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time remote position
- Base salary starting around $50,000 annually
- Commission and bonus opportunities
