Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth-oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals - both personal and professional.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois and am passionate about helping people understand the importance of insurance, how it protects families, and how it plays a role in planning for the future. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
