As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trifunovic Insurance and Financial Services - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. How You Will Make an Impact
Guide Our Clients: Assist with policy changes and inquiries, ensuring their coverage evolves as their lives change (like buying a car or starting a business).
Be the Calm in the Storm: Process insurance claims with empathy and urgency, guiding clients through stressful situations.
Educate & Protect: Proactively market relevant products and services. Please note: Sales plays a major role in this position, focused on empowering clients to protect what they love.
Manage Relationships: Maintain accurate, detailed client records so we never miss a beat when they need us.
Collaborate for Success: Act as the vital liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating with underwriters for timely policy issuance.

Bonus Points: An active Property and Casualty (P&C) License is a huge plus.
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in San Marcos.
- Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00.
- We have 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
