RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on client interactions thoroughly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Problem solving skills
- Resolution to billing and claims issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- South Carolina P&C license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Previous State Farm agency experience is a plus
Compensación: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
