KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide top-notch service to current customers, handle inbound calls, cultivate leads, and warmly greet clients in the office, all while focusing on delivering outstanding customer service that addresses each client's unique needs and effectively markets suitable products and services.
- Work closely with the agent to set and achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression on our clients.
- Collaborate with your office team to build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes their needs and enhances their overall experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales experience (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas is a plus.
- Strong ability to connect and relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty license is required within 30 days of hire.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
