Anna Wagner State Farm is looking for a driven self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, competitive setting and possesses strong skills in both sales and customer service. In the role of Multiline Customer Service Representative, you will apply your comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and market insights to connect with customers, understand their individual needs, and offer tailored solutions. Your initiative in spotting sales opportunities and cultivating lasting customer relationships will be vital to growing the business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by handling inbound inquiries, welcoming customers warmly, and attentively addressing their insurance and financial service needs.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building, turning opportunities into satisfied, loyal customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the agent to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives aimed at meeting and surpassing office goals.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism and excellence, ensuring every customer interaction enhances the customer experience and reinforces trust.
  • Work as an integral part of the team to foster a supportive, customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business and referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior sales experience in environments such as outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire is required.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
