ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 20. I've spent my entire career with State Farm, beginning as a team member before earning the opportunity to open my own agency. I'm a proud Georgia Southern graduate, live in the Atlanta area, and enjoy golfing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my three kids.
Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Our agency proudly supports Roswell Alive at 5, sponsors local football and softball teams, and stays actively involved in school activities throughout the community.
Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), licensing costs paid up front, unlimited time off for our sales team, 12 paid days off annually for our service team, and quarterly team outings and holiday celebrations. We believe in rewarding hard work while creating opportunities for long-term growth and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
