I’ve been with State Farm for more than 11 years and opened my agency in the fall of 2022. We have a small, close-knit team of four, all dedicated to helping our customers protect what matters most. As someone who grew up and went to school here in Greenville, I’m passionate about serving the community that shaped me. Our team stays active with local schools, churches, and small business groups, and we love giving back through community events and volunteer efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Heath Satterfield - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
