ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2011 and has grown to a team of 10 dedicated professionals who share a passion for serving our community and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked in wealth management after earning my undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge and my MBA from University of La Verne.

I’m heavily involved in the community, serving on multiple non-profit boards and previously as a commissioner for the City of Santa Clarita for four years. Supporting youth sports is a big passion of mine, and we sponsor teams every chance we get.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Henry Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
