Responsibilities:

Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.
Generate leads, arrange appointments, identify client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating unwavering integrity and dedication to success daily.
Collaborate closely within a team environment, actively participating in regular meetings and ongoing joint endeavors.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates eager to enhance their skills and share the significance of insurance and financial products in assisting individuals in managing everyday risks and realizing their dreams.

Property & Casualty License (must obtain)
Life & Health License (must obtain)
Preferred track record of achieving sales targets
Sales experience is advantageous
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation: $45,000-$75,000 Per Year

Our compensation structure encompasses a blend of salary and commission, reflecting the potential for high earnings within our thriving market.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, based in Austin, TX
