Here's what we're looking for:

Requirements:

Sales or insurance background preferred.
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Strong dedication to customer service.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Spanish Bilingual is a plus !

Responsibilities:

Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based review process.
Build and maintain customer relationships, addressing their needs promptly.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
Demonstrate integrity and commitment to success daily.
Actively engage in continuous learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

What we offer:

Competitive compensation: $40,000-$55,000 per year (salary + commission/bonus).
