As an Account Representative on the State Farm Agent Team, you play a key role in supporting our agency’s daily operations and enhancing the experience of the people we serve. You help grow the agency by building strong relationships and effectively connecting customer needs with the right insurance products and services. Your proactive approach and customer focus directly contribute to helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and personalized service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance, including answering questions about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy updates, claims, and billing.
- Support long-term customer satisfaction by understanding needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Experience managing customer relationships is a plus.
- Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Comfortable engaging and building rapport with diverse customers.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
