Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships with timely follow-up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about their insurance options.
- Use clear and effective communication to meet customer needs while supporting agency growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong dedication to customer service.
- Ability to relate effectively to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist customers and work with the agency team.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
