About our Agency:
I’ve been with State Farm for more than 16 years—5 as a team member and 11 as an agent—and I’m proud of the team we’ve built. Outside the office, I stay busy with my wife and our three boys, ages 11, 8, and almost 2. I coach baseball, serve as YMCA board chair, and stay active in our church while also sponsoring local teams and nonprofits.

Our agency is small but driven, with 4 team members who work hard and support one another. We offer 20 days of PTO, a Roth 401K with matching, and plenty of opportunities to grow and succeed together. Over the last three years, our office has ranked #2 overall, and we’re looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to help us reach #1.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a  Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Gilliland - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
