The State Farm Agency in Booneville, MS is searching for a Sales Position who is an competitive Producer to solicit auto, home, life and health insurance products. We provide leads with contact information and will fully train the employee in the sales process by providing product training and sales word tracks to assist in the customer focused sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact existing leads to solicit the products we have available.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing/production goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- High energy and self-motivated to achieve success
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Life/Health/Accident license
BENEFITS:

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
