RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, focusing on mortgage and bank products.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about mortgage options, eligibility, rates, and application process.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about mortgage and bank product offerings.
  • Communicate effectively to efficiently meet customer needs while driving business growth in the mortgage and bank product sectors.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications for mortgage and bank product sales.
  • Willingness to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Interest in marketing mortgage and bank products based on customer needs.
