POSITION OVERVIEW: 
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? Join us as a Customer Care/Retention Representative, playing a pivotal role in delivering personalized service to our existing customers while providing vital support to our sales and service team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Prospect for new customers.
  • Identify opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Thoroughly document all customer interactions.
  • Foster referrals and recommendations from our valued customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience:
    • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
    • Familiarity with commonly used computer software applications.
    • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products is advantageous.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Open to coaching and eager to learn, embracing constructive feedback.
    • Self-motivated and proactive; capable of independent decision-making and timely actions.
    • Driven by goals, resourceful, and motivated.
    • Quick learner who can leverage product and customer knowledge to enhance service and contribute to marketing efforts.
    • Proficient problem solver with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Skilled at building and nurturing business relationships.
    • Adaptable and skilled in interacting with diverse customer personalities.
    • Demonstrates a history of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct.
    • Organized multitasker with effective time management.
  • Licenses & Certifications:
    • Attain and uphold necessary licenses for marketing and selling State Farm products (Property & Casualty + Life & Health).
    • Ensure licenses are maintained in good standing.
Compensación: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
