Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ft Walton Beach, FL at Jennifer Schweikert State Farm Agency. The Customer Service Representative will welcome customers, manage client accounts, process transactions, provide customer service, and support the agency team in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Previous experience in customer service

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
