Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Support local community events to increase agency presence.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
- Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.
- Self-motivated and people-oriented.
- Ability to meet agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
