Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Help be first/second on phones in agency. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Make outbound calls to connect prospects to a quoting specialist/run and do outbound calls for various campaigns.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
- Handle our social media posting/presence.
- Marketing routes once a month.
- Help with planning and execution of our Marketing Events.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
