Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, text, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong computer skills.
- Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service challenges.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Be able to pass insurance exams and obtain licenses (we show you!).

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
