Responsibilities:

· Develop leads to generate new business opportunities

· Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services

· Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships

· Use customer focused, needs-based review processes to educate customers about insurance options in a relatable and easy-to-understand manner

· Confident in working individually as well as with a team to set and meet sales and service goals

· Complete various sales and service-related tasks in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

· Must complete state licensing requirements and training

· People oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated, willingness to learn and easily adapt to change

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a quick moving environment

· Proven ability to meet sales targets

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Strong work ethic and commitment to success
