I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2020 and bring over 25 years of industry experience to my agency. We take great pride in being actively involved with the community and the local Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local events and connecting with new members of the community is something my team and I find truly rewarding.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Natalie Burkhaulter - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Hindi highly preferred.
Compensación: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
