- Handle inbound client calls, policy inquiries, billing issues, and claim-related questions.
- Conduct high-level sales conversations with prospects and existing clients.
- Assist clients in identifying appropriate auto, home, and life insurance products.
- Assist with cross-selling strategies and campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, developing training materials and assisting with their onboarding and ongoing development.
- Create and update sales training materials and resources for team use.
- 2+ years in insurance sales or a related field with proven sales success.
- Strong ability to engage with clients, provide solutions, and close sales. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Property/Casualty insurance license required; Life/Health license is a plus (or must obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience training or mentoring is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
