We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team! This is a service-focused position — not a sales role — ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being an important part of the day-to-day operations of an office.
You’ll work directly with customers while supporting billing, account servicing, reporting, and general office operations.

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist customers with billing and account questions
- Process policy changes and service requests
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Prepare and maintain reports and records
- Assist with light office management and administrative responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
