What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, providing attentive and personalized service
- Guide customers through their insurance options with clear, needs-based conversations
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve exciting marketing and sales goals
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and connect customers with the right products

Who You Are
- Experienced in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting goals (preferred but not required)
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping people protect what matters most and achieve their dreams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable learning new technology and working in a team environment
- Able to engage customers with confidence and empathy
- Licensed or willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses
- Degree holder or equivalent experience is a plus

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
